Missouri Motorcycle Insurance Requirements
Missouri requires motorcycles to carry the same minimum liability coverage as cars:
• $25,000 bodily injury liability per person
• $50,000 bodily injury liability per accident
• $25,000 property damage liability
• Uninsured motorist coverage of $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident
Riders are more likely to be hurt in a crash than drivers, so we usually recommend higher limits and strong uninsured motorist coverage.
